Jackson Elementary School Principal
Ms. Chavez grew up in the DFW metroplex, but moved to East Texas 10 years ago. She graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Spanish. She went on to complete her masters in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M Commerce. She has experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal.
Jackson Elementary School Assistant Principal
Mrs. Tave has been working in the Chapel Hill School District for 20 years (with 6 of those being at Jackson Elementary). She was a Middle School math teacher for 14 years, then became an Assistant Principal. She lives in the district, and her goal is to be an instrument to help shape students’ lives.
