Gifted and Talented Referral Form
Nominations for the Gifted and Talented program are accepted all year, but testing and review by the Gifted and Talented committee will occur in the spring semester.
If you are unable to fill out the form online, please come by the school's front office to request a paper copy.
Committee decisions will be delivered in writing.
